I started my journey as a skinny, self-conscious individual and had to put in years of consistent hard work to transform my physique and build the confidence I have today. That experience shaped my mission: to help other men achieve their fitness goals, build muscle, and feel stronger—both physically and mentally. I believe fitness is more than just a workout; it’s a pathway to confidence and self-improvement.

With a background in biology, I’ve always been fascinated by the biomechanics and anatomy of the body, which has shaped my science-backed approach to fitness. I’ve experienced different dietary lifestyles, from eating meat to being vegan, and now following a vegetarian lifestyle. This journey has given me a deep understanding of how to cater to all types of dietary requirements while still making progress in fitness. I’ve had the privilege of training hundreds of women around the world, and it’s my life’s purpose to continue empowering women to love the gym, feel strong, and lift heavy—not just to look good, but to feel confident and empowered. I’m here to guide you on your fitness journey and help you achieve a physique that reflects your strength, both inside and out.
